Clinical Operating System (ERP)

A production-grade clinical ERP built for La Salud Medical Center by translating manual medical workflows into a paperless digital system — working directly with doctors, therapists, and billing staff to understand their processes and ship software they use daily. Covers every aspect of clinical operations: patient intake, multi-page EMC consultations, chiropractic and therapy documentation, HFA 1500 insurance claim generation, billing pipeline, digital signatures, PIP compliance forms, financial reporting, and a full RESTful API — all within a single cohesive system across 30+ interconnected Django apps. Features a custom admin portal for creating roles with granular permissions and user management. Currently active and supporting two clinics in production.
