Clinical Operating System (ERP)

A production-grade, full-stack electronic medical records and practice management platform built entirely by me for La Salud Medical Center — a Florida personal injury and general medical clinic. Covers every aspect of clinical operations: patient intake, multi-page EMC consultations, chiropractic and therapy documentation, HFA 1500 insurance claim generation, billing pipeline, digital signatures, PIP compliance forms, financial reporting, and a full RESTful API — all within a single cohesive system across 30+ interconnected Django apps. The system supports ICD-10 diagnosis and CPT procedure code workflows — these are standard medical coding standards used and entered by licensed clinical staff; the application does not provide or distribute the codes themselves, which are copyrighted and require proper licensing.
